What Is Coaching?
A coach is a combination of a companion on the journey, an encourager, a refiner, and sometimes seems like a thorn in your side. Your coach doesn't define your goals or tell you what to do. Instead, we help you do that, clarifying what you want to work on and where you want to move forward. Through listening well and asking powerful questions, we help you find your path to being your best self. We help you develop an accountability model that will keep you on track to achieve your goals. We make observations that help you move past barriers keeping you from doing all that you're trying to achieve.
